Welcome to the Brisbane YMCA Information Technology Helpdesk and Support Portal. YMCA staff need to register above to gain access to the support network tools and ticketing system.

All support jobs and IT helpdesk requests can be logged and tracked from this portal. Once registered please check your email and click on the new account verification email you receive. Once this step is complete you will then be granted access to the portal for future use.
